Our Strategy 2026–29
Who we are
CCPS represents not-for-profit providers of care and support in Scotland. As a membership organisation we work strategically and collaboratively to:
- Inspire creative and courageous ideas to improve care and support
- Influence credible change that works for our members and the people they support
- Involve our members to ensure their voices are reflected in decisions affecting them and they are well supported by their peers
- Inform our leaders so they can make sound choices in a fast-changing world.

- CCPS is a strategic partner in shaping improvements to social care and support in Scotland

Our priority outcomes 2026-29
- Sustainable funding is available to not-for-profit social care providers, reflecting the true cost of delivering good support
- The skilled workforce in the not-for-profit sector is valued and developed
- Decision-makers recognise that support delivered by not-for-profit providers has a positive impact on Scotland’s economic, community, family and individual wellbeing
- National and local government, political leaders and commissioners engage not-for-profit providers as equal system partners
- CCPS grows as an increasingly inclusive, effective and efficient organisation.
