4th May 2020
Health Protection Scotland issued its latest guidance on Covid 19 for services in community settings on 4th May. The guidance covers visiting support services and supported housing and sets out how people may move to supported housing safely by undertaking social isolation depending on their exposure to Covid 19. The guidance usefully brings together existing guidance on PPE (pages 11 and 12) in the light of the current stage that the pandemic has reached in Scotland ie sustained transmission and highlights the longer opening hours of the PPE Triage helpline – now 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week.
