Coping with Complexity (2018) was a programme that provided opportunities for people who are pioneering new approaches to health and social care to share and explore their ideas with their peers.  The programme’s  aim was to promote systemic leadership by demystifying systems in general and within health and social care in particular. It aspired to build sector leaders’ confidence in working with complexity by providing opportunities to build cross sector relationships, knowledge and understanding.

Coping with Complexity (2018) followed on from Coping with Cuts (2017) our current programme Embracing the Chaos is now underway.
