CJVSF Member Working Agreements

All individual participants in CJVSF activities and CJVSF member organisations are asked to sign up to the following working agreements.

Individual Working Agreement for Training Participants

By agreeing to participate in CJVSF’s Collaborative Induction Programme, I will:

  • Seek to work together with other CJVSF members, in the spirit of the CJVSF Principles
  • Agree to respect the intellectual property of other organisations.  Where resources and training content have been shared through the programme, I will not copy or distribute these or use them for commercial gain without the owner’s consent
  • Support the evaluation of the programme.  After each session, both attendees and session leads will be invited to provide feedback to CJVSF on the learning activity.  The results of the feedback will be collated by CJVSF staff and shared with all members involved in the programme to help inform any future development of shared learning activities.
  • Provide advance notice of cancellations wherever reasonably possible.

CJVSF Member Organisation Working Agreement

CJVSF members have developed and agreed the following set of principles to help support sharing and collaboration across CJVSF member organisations.  All new members are invited to sign up to these at the time they apply to join the Forum.

  • Positive outcomes for people are at the heart of what we do
  • We bring our resources and influence together to collectively help achieve our common aspirations of shared outcomes
  • We support the sharing of relevant knowledge amongst participating organisations
  • Both staff and individuals accessing services will transition in to different voluntary organisations and services and we therefore seek to raise standards across the sector and to contribute to a more skilled, mobile workforce
  • We are aware and respectful of business sensitivities.   Whilst each member organisation will have its own areas of specialism, the Forum focuses on activities built around areas of common interest.

CJVSF Training Activities Working Agreement

All agencies participating in the Collaborative Learning Programmes have signed up to the following working agreement. This sets out expectations around the collaborative nature of the programme and agreement on respecting intellectual property of other organisations.

By agreeing to participate in CJVSF’s Collaborative Induction Programme, we will:

  • Seek to work together with other CJVSF members, in the spirit of the CJVSF Principles
  • Encourage and support our staff to attend learning events offered by other CJVSF members through the programme.
  • Agree to respect the intellectual property of other organisations.  Where resources and training content have been shared through the programme, we will not copy or distribute these or use them for commercial gain without the owner’s consent
  • Support the evaluation of the programme.  After each session, both attendees and session leads will be invited to provide feedback to CJVSF on the learning activity.  The results of the feedback will be collated by CJVSF staff and shared with all members involved in the programme to help inform any future development of shared learning activities.
  • Consider the suitability of participants that we would forward for each of the learning sessions, and target the learning opportunities appropriately within our staff
  • Provide advance notice of cancellations wherever reasonably possible
  • Agree to a fair allocation of spaces across the participating members.
