Rethink To 13 Campaign

This campaign has ended; it ran from Dec 2023 to Feb 2024

Welcome to the Rethink To 13 Campaign

Our Rethink To 13 campaign calls on the Scottish Government to rethink commitments on pay for social care staff in the 2024-25 Budget.

We urge them to increase pay to at least £13 per hour for all social care staff from April as part of a published timetable to achieve Fair Work.

In the run-up to the Budget being debated and passed at the end of February we’re sharing views, videos and stories from support workers focusing on the work they do, the impact they make – and the difference investment would have on them and the people they support.
