City Of Edinburgh Tender for Adult Care

The Workforce Unit previously reported on the City of Edinburgh tender for care at home/housing support for people with learning disability, mental health problems, physical disability and hearing impairment. Our concerns were based on the retendering process causing cuts to staff pay and conditions.
