Facilitated by Beve Mealyer, Learning Dynamic and designed in partnership with the Workforce Unit and Learning Network Tayforth, this learning event is aimed at social service managers registered or due to register with the SSSC. It will support you to plan to meet the Post Registration and Training Requirements (PRTL) for yourself and your team.
More than this, it will enable you to consider the learning environment you are creating and supporting for yourself and your staff groups. It will specifically refresh your knowledge of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) concepts and help you plan your leadership approach to developing learning within your team. This learning event will count towards your own PRTL.
