Social Services Knowledge Scotland (SSKS)
Social Services Knowledge Scotland (SSKS) is a web based service, providing Scotland's social services workforce with a single point of access to a wealth of knowledge and evidence. SSKS is a partnership between IRISS, NHS Education for Scotland (NES), the Scottish Social Services Learning Networks and the Social Care Institute for Excellence. Use SSKS to find high quality information and learning resources, online journals etc.

SCIE Social Care Online
Social Care Online (previously known as the Electronic Library for Social Care (eLSC) is a product of the Social Care Insitute for Excellence (SCIE) and is a UK wide database of social care information. With everything from research briefings, to reports, government documents, journal articles, and websites and you find it all with the click of a button. Updated daily by SCIE's experienced information managers, Social Care Online offers free access and ease of use.
Social Care Online offers lots of different ways to access its content. You can browse the topic tree, do a simple search, or, you can use the intermediate or advanced search options.

The Learning Exchange
The Learning Exchange is a digital library of learning resources freely available on the web. The resources include information sheets, official publications, interactive learning resources, video clips, case studies and radio broadcasts, all of which may be used for non-commercial, educational purposes.
The Workforce Unit has a collection of resources on The Learning Exchange and this is where you can view and download our materials, as well as searching for other related documents.
To view resources all you need to do is type a subject into the search box. To view all the resources in the Workforce Unit Collection, type ‘Workforce Unit' into the search box.
