********ALL DATES FULLY BOOKED*******

Recent research commissioned by the Voluntary Sector Social Services Workforce Unit highlights an underlying confusion about the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (known as “TUPE”) and how the regulations apply in practice.

In conjunction with Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, the Housing Support Enabling Unit and Voluntary Sector Social Services Workforce Unit have developed a day course to equip you with the essential information you need to know about TUPE. This event is likely to be useful to:

  • social care provider organisations
  • local authority commissioners
  • voluntary organisation board members

Jane Fraser, who heads up the employment team at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP and has considerable experience in all aspects of TUPE will lead the training. The course will be split into two sessions.  Participants can register for the morning or afternoon session or both (a discount is offered for participants registering for the whole day).

If you would like to put your name on our waiting list please contact us. We may run more events if there is significant demand.
