New research: There are many conflicting claims about the cost of SDS- can it (and should it) deliver savings? Does it cost more? Will it deliver better outcomes for the same funding and therefore be better value? A recently published study from the University of Stirling uses data from three local authorities to look at the actual costs of SDS.
