Personalisation (tailoring care and support to fit the individual) is changing the way organisations provide care and support. Supporting people to make decisions; delivering new services and delivering existing services differently are all strengths of the Third Sector- how can we build on this expertise to make fully personalised support happen?

This event will consider:

• What personalisation is (and isn't)
• The opportunities and challenges that personalisation poses for the third sector.
• The scale of the change- what does personalisation mean for third sector intermediaries; care and support providers; local authorities and others?
• How the sector is responding- examples of changing practice in Scotland.
