About Providers & Personalisation
Personalisation and Self- Directed Support is a significant shift in
policy, practice and systems across the whole of social care- with
particular challenges for providers of care and support.
This two year programme is designed to support providers to discuss and address these.
The programme draws together expertise from providers
to inform policy and practice change needed
in the move towards personalisation.
