Early Years and Early Intervention Framework

The Scottish Government has established four task groups to take forward the policy implementation phase of the Early Years and Early Intervention Framework developed by national and local government earlier this year. CCPS is represented on two of these groups: on the ‘sustainable workforce' group by Adrian Snowball of Aberlour Child Care Trust and on the ‘integrated services' group by Isobel Lawson of Stepping Stones for Families. The other two groups, on which the voluntary sector is represented, are looking at parenting and family capacity and supportive communities. Further information is available on the members' section of the CCPS website, and members are, as ever, invited to feed their thoughts and comments to the CCPS reps.
