CCPS response to Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act

CCPS has responded to the Scottish Government consultation on the secondary legislation needed to enact the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. CCPS' response concentrates on key issues for providers, namely that third parties (most notably local authorities) should not have access to disclosure information on those employed by contractors and the implications of retrospective checking and different fee structures on voluntary sector providers.
