Purpose of the event:
- to hear from the Care Inspectorate about recent developments regarding the regulation of housing support as well as more general changes at the Care Inspectorate
- to focus on the implications of Welfare Reform - particularly Universal Credit and the proposals for HB and Supported Housing
- to consider the contribution housing support can make to the Change Fund and general shift in focus to preventative services
