COVID-19 Telecare Service Continuity – 20 March 2020

This guidance, hosted on and  aims to support local Telecare service continuity planning by highlighting areas for consideration and immediate action as the likelihood is that Telecare services will face an increased demand coupled with a need to adopt new ways of working to manage staff shortages and changing working conditions.

Any organisation that provides Telecare services, (assessment, provision, install, call handling, response) is invited to get in touch with the TEC Programme so that ways to support you, now and in the coming months can be identified.
