Supported housing and the new Private Residential Tenancy

The Scottish Government wish to find out if charitable organisations providing supported accommodation in the private rented sector face unintended constraints because of the introduction of the Private Residential Tenancy under the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016.

As a first step, the Scottish Government has created a questionnaire to find out more about supported housing services and the sorts of constraints they may be facing.  You can find the questionnaire and further information about the new tenancy here.

The deadline for submitting completed questionnaires is Friday 15th March.
