Stirling - Local Housing Strategy
The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 requires local authorities to undertake a comprehensive assessment of housing needs and conditions, and to produce strategies to tackle the housing problems in their areas. The Scottish Government assess these local housing strategies (LHS) on behalf of Scottish Ministers. Below is a link to the local authority's current local housing strategy document. The updated local housing strategy is due to be submited to the government in Spring 2010.
