This SSSC event is aimed at developing leadership at all levels to find solutions to some of the challenges encountered in the current climate. This masterclass aims to:
- Challenge current practice and thinking e.g. so why do we do it this way…
- Think differently and take some (intelligent) risks e.g. if I could change one thing it would be…
- Be truly outcomes-focused e.g. what will really make a difference to the lives of people who use services.
Graham Thomson will be leading the session, is Director of the Scottish Centre for Studies in School Administration (SCSSA) based in Edinburgh University and is regarded as influential in the way leadership is developed in individuals. Providing a national and international focus, Graham is passionate about developing individuals’ leadership potential and supporting leaders to “lead in challenging times”.
