The final ACOSVO Leadership and Governance Masterclass of 2011 focuses on Governance and user-centred charities. Drawing on social policy documents, government guidelines and research reports this ‘masterclass’ will examine the dilemmas associated with beneficiaries as trustees, discuss common predicaments and practice and reflect on the effect of policies promoting mutualism and the marketplace.
The Masterclass will be led by Shirley Otto who is widely recognised as an authority on leadership and governance.
