IRISS (Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services) is hosting two one-day workshops in partnership with Coalition of Care and Support Providers in Scotland (CCPS) to be delivered by the Institute for Public Care.
Care and support services are developing outcomes focussed approaches to demonstrate the difference their services make. How can commissioning processes support this focus? This interactive workshop will explore the commissioning context; commissioning for outcomes; evaluating outcomes and using evidence for change.
