Collaborative commissioning is easy to talk about but creating the conditions to allow innovation and collaboration to flourish is an ongoing challenge. Alliancing is a way of working that focusses on relationships and creating an environment that promotes collaboration innovation and trust.
This interactive workshop will give participants an opportunity to learn more about alliancing and alliance contracting in health and social care and how these approaches could apply in their own work and context.
The workshop will be facilitated by Linda Hutchinson and Graham Tuohey from LH alliances. Both Linda and Graham have significant experience in facilitating and setting up alliances across the NHS, public, third and private sectors.
The workshop is free and primarily aimed at commissioning and procurement staff from public authorities and workers in voluntary sector providers involved in tendering, service design and development. A limited number of places are available for workers from intermediaries, policy organisations and the Scottish Government.
Due to the anticipated high demand places are restricted to one delegate per organisation.
