Scottish Parliament passes the Community Justice (Scotland) Bill

The Community Justice (Scotland) Bill was passed by the Scottish Parliament on 11th February 2016.

The Bill now includes requirements for statutory community justice partners to engage with third sector bodies in relation to local planning and reporting of community justice services, as well as national strategic developments.
